To: Try-It-First & Affiliate Team Angels;
Definitions:
THE G.O.O.D. CO-OP Civic Organization... Will be
referred to as CO-OP.
FREE-WILL Grants in "Try-It-First" and "Ship to
Success"... Will be referred to as
Grants.
THE G.O.O.D. CO-OP/ Team Angels Free-Will Grants... Will be referred to as
Grants.
1. I am of legal age in the state of my
residency. I wish to become an Affiliate or Try-It-First Member of the
CO-OP. As a Try-It-First Member I wish to become a Humanitarian Angel contributing to the MasterCard Grants. I
understand that I am not an agent, employee or legal representative of THE
G.O.O.D. CO-OP Civic Organization. I am responsible for
all federal and state self-employment taxes and any other tax required under any
federal, state or regulatory or taxing agency and for any taxes due on any of
the affiliate programs.
2. I acknowledge that I am NOT guaranteed any
income. I understand that these are Tax-Free Grants, nor am I
assured any profits or success. I certify that no claims or guaranties of
profits or representations of expected Grants that might result from my
efforts as an Angel have been made either by THE G.O.O.D. CO-OP Civic Organization or my Sponsor. Any charts or graphs are only
used for mathematical examples.
A. In approaching potential Angels, I may show
my Business and MasterCard to my new referrals and tell them about the On-Line
Educational Web-inar. I am not required to answer ANY questions.
Questions will be answered at
the Web-inar. If my new referrals ask questions, I will refer them to the
educational Web-inar. I am not required to be a sales person.
B. I may choose to participate in One or All
of the CO-OP's (Asset) Grant opportunities. I will receive 100% of the Grant
contributions donated personally to me. I also understand that my
participation in any Grant opportunities is
voluntary and of my own free-will.
The Co-op's Angel Contribution Administration $150 &or $10.00 Grants will help PAY
for my Team Angel organization, which includes, but not limited to the
Organization tracking, Bookkeeping, sending and receiving Angels' Grants, Generic Web-Site and Designing, Programming, Hosting Fee's, meeting
rooms, presentations and 800 number Hot Line. I understand that donating
administration fees will keep down the cost of overhead for all
Members.
C. I understand that as a
Try-It-First Team Angel I am NOT
required to recruit Team Angels. I may choose to use the Bag of
Goodies in the Members Section Only.
The Grant pool/s are designed to be self supporting through
the effort and the use of the contributions of the Team Angels' Grant/s.
I
may participate in any or all of the Grant Pools offered to me. I cannot
be passed up unless I choose NOT to continue to
contribute and participate in each of the Grant Pool/s. Each year
on my anniversary date, the annual renewal in the Try-It-First Membership is
$300.00.
D. I understand that (3) additional Monthly
Residual Grant Pools are available and I may be invited to participate in
these pools after I have qualified. I understand that it is up to me to call
THE G.O.O.D. CO-OP or the phone
number on my MasterCard to find out the activities Granted on my card.
If I want to transfer additional personal money to my MasterCard, I will E-mail the request to: thegoodco-op@thegoodco-op.com
to be processed on my behalf.
Our Grants are designed to be self supporting, to provide additional
Grant Money in these uncertain times. These Cash Grants are
supported through Humanitarian Angels' Free-Will Contributions and are not
meant to hurt anyone's financial budget OR stability. That is why we allow
you to Try-It-First, check it out and see if our Co-op will work for
you and your friends.
After I have received $300 or more on my MasterCard, and am satisfied that
I CAN achieve my goals then I may up-grade to the ( Monthly) Residual MasterCard Grants.
E. THE
CO-OP Holds NO Team Angel's Free-Will Grants or Contribution MONIES IN TRUST.
These Contributions are processed by the Co-op and
are sent & received with the members own MasterCard, member to member.
ALL monies generated from Grants and/or Administration
Contribution/s are sent as Grants to the designated member's or CO-OP
Administration MasterCard, as directed.
The CO-OP will be held blameless for any fees incurred by
dishonored financial transactions on member's personal MasterCards.
3. I acknowledge that these
policies and procedures are subject to change for the purpose of remaining
in compliance with federal,
state and/or local laws. The CO-OP may develop and/or modify its
policies and procedures. These updates will become a legal and binding part of this Agreement and
will be modified and posted on this web-site.
4. I understand that MetaBank's
FaceCard, the Attorney General, or any other regulatory authorities do not endorse or approve of any product,
service, subscription, compensation program, grant pool, or company represented
by the CO-OP. This is a Private Civic Organization.
5. I agree that The CO-OP does
not allowed me to change of sponsors
either voluntary or mandatory.
6.
I must obtain approval from The CO-OP Civic
Organization for any advertisement or literature
distributed for: Infomercials, radio, television ads, and display booths and/or
any media form.
7.
I agree and acknowledge that I WILL NOT USE THE G.O.O.D.
CO-OP's name, trade
names, logos, copyrighted material, trademarks, service marks, proprietary
marks, trade secrets or confidential information in any way other than those
methods already approved by the CO-OP.
8.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless THE G.O.O.D. CO-OP from any and all claims, damages and expenses, including attorney fees,
arising out of my actions or misconduct in violation of this Agreement. In the
event a dispute arises between THE G.O.O.D. CO-OP Civic
Organization and Humanitarian Members, the parties agree that any claim, dispute
or any other difference between them shall be resolved pursuant to binding
arbitration under Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association, with
arbitration to be held in St. Louis, Missouri. Missouri law will apply to the
resolution of the dispute, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The arbitration
panel shall consist of one(1) arbitrator. In addition to declaratory relief, the
arbitrator may award preliminary and permanent injunctive relief and
compensatory damages and shall award reasonable attorney fees and costs to the
prevailing party. The arbitration award may be enforced in any court of
competent jurisdiction. This provision shall not restrict THE G.O.O.D. CO-OP Civic Organization from seeking preliminary or
permanent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
9.
I agree to abide by all terms and conditions of this Agreement and the
policies and procedures concerning Internal Residual Grants. I
further agree to operate in a lawful, ethical and moral manner and to make no
false or misleading statements regarding THE G.O.O.D. CO-OP Civic Organization, its agents,
associate business
departments or independent Team Angels.
10. I agree and give
THE G.O.O.D. CO-OP permission to set-up my FaceCard account, password, grants and back
office on my behalf. I understand that in
order to qualify to receive grants I must be an automatic giver and receiver.
I authorize the co-op to withdraw funds from my savings, checking, debit or credit card
in the amount I specify and process the grants for me on my FaceCard account.
I understand that this policy is necessary and will help keep the CO-OP
from collapsing under the weight of our members forgetting to grant each
other. If I decide to withdraw from the Grant
Pool/s, I will
give the CO-OP a 60 day written notice by E-mail or mail. This will give the
CO-OP time to notify all my Team Members and move my Team's grants
to the up-line sponsor. This 60 day notice will allow the team member/s to adjust their budget.
I understand that the FaceCard back office
will not be available to me as a member of the CO-OP. Accounts must be
canceled and/or adjusted by the CO-OP administration. Any remaining monies on my
card may be transferred back to my bank account or drawn out by me at the ATM
machine. I will
be able to call the FaceCard phone number on the back of the card to check my balance
and/or to set-up my own private pin number to use at the ATM
machine. The CO-OP will not have access to my ATM pin number.
I understand the FaceCard is Meta Bank's banking system. THE G.O.O.D. CO-OP uses the
Meta Bank FaceCard to process
grants, member to member.
